I haven’t messed around with any of it yet. But I can see myself trying some of what’s already out there as a tool. Like if I’m working on a lyric and want to explore other options for a phrase or thought … like a thesaurus for ideas. But then again that feels like cheating. My wife has very strong feelings about the rise of and use of AI in the visual arts. She puts a lot of time and soul into her art and AI takes seconds to mash together visuals by stealing pieces from every artist that has ever put their work on the internet.
